“Ruiz Painting Services had done a nice job on a neighbor's deck, so I spoke to Marvin about an estimate for replacing old wood on ours, inspecting and replacing structural parts of the deck as needed, and painting it will a solid color stain. The price offered was reasonable, and they started work with in just a few days. There were some safety issues found, and Marvin was good about documenting them and explaining before getting my okay to fix them. In the end, the deck looks great, is safe to use again, and we're enjoying it. Also, while there, I had some rotted wood trim swapped out and painted. That went well, too.”
